A very challenging home to sell due to my living 2400 miles away, Mrs.Kim took charge of the appraisal process and determined what needed to be done to make my deceased parents' home sellable in the local market. She provided honest and timely answers and in the end I am sure she could have made a larger commission on the sale had she advised me differently... instead she understood that I needed time to process the fact it was really no longer my parents house and then when I was actually ready to sell she made that happen very quickly.
